What Should I Bring?

There is very limited space on board! Your personal storage space (not including your sleeping bag and rain gear) is approximately 24” X 12” X 10”. Be conservative when packing! You must use soft unframed luggage (duffle bag, etc.). No suitcases or framed backpacks are allowed on board. Do not bring valuables.

Identification

Proof of citizenship is required. Original birth certificates or passports for Canadian and American born trainees and appropriate original documentation for others (passport, immigration papers visa, etc.)

electronics such as CD player or cell phone
framed packs or suitcases – bring a duffel bag
sandals
pierced ears: must be empty or with studs. No hoops.

knives (rigging knives are used only by the officers)
alcohol and illegal substances
